Move Plane

To access this dialog:

Using the View ribbon, select Sections | Forward or Back
Run the commands 'move-plane-forward' or 'move-plane-backward'

The Move Plane dialog is used to shift the current view plane either forward or backward, maintaining any clipping limits already specified.

Field Details:

Distance to Move Plane: specify the movement (in metric or imperial units, depending on your global options) to move the current view plane. You can enter a positive value to move the view plane forwards along the line of view, or backwards with a negative value.
